Born in Rio de Janeiro, Liza Andrews has lived in South America, Europe, and the United States, which gifted her with a rich multicultural background and a unique voice. A prolific writer and photographer, she works for a ghostwriting agency in New York, and has created content across the spectrum of books, magazines, newspapers and video production, in English and Portuguese. She is the host of The Liza Andrews TV Show, at MNN Network, in New York; and a weekly columnist for The Brazilian Times, covering personal and professional development for immigrants living abroad. Over the past decade, Andrews wrote multiple novels and short stories, which are now being published. Her publications include Lunch Break: A Pandemic Era Romantic Suspense, and the suspense, Facelift. She spent the past five years researching and writing novels about the social and psychological impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic: inner dialogue, mental illness, romantic relationships and work. Her genres are suspense, drama and realistic romance, which depict the unexpected, dark sides of regular people. She is currently writing a psychological thriller involving immigration and obsession.
